Agenda

• Introducing ourselves to each other with our new teammates.
• Discussing about the new project of the group.
• Organizing the old repository.
• Organizing wiki (communication plan, personal pages, general plan).
• Creating a group lab report.

Discussions

• Serhan and Damla introduced themselves.
• We decided to continue using discord as our meeting application.
• Fixed weekly meeting time will be determined after the poll in our WhatsApp group.
• New members shall create their own personal wiki page and the rest shall update theirs.
• We shared our experiences with GitHub and our former project with newcomers.
• The old project's codes were moved to another branch to start our new project in main branch.
• Wiki page has been updated to include our new members.
• Sidebar is updated to collect previous project documents under one title, and lab reports part is added.
• Our first task is creating requirements and diagrams as soon as possible (~two weeks), task assignments will be done in next meeting.
• We decided to split the group as web and mobile teams for now.
