• Incorporating new members into the team
• Setting the time and medium of weekly meetings, and other means of communication
• Discussion about the project domain and the general plan

Discussion

• Every team member introduced themselves.
• The modes of communication were determined as Discord for scheduled weekly meetings, and Whatsapp for on-the-spot communication. New members were given access to the existing Discord and Whatsapp groups.
• The members agreed to meet Thursdays at 20:00 on Discord every week.
• The links concerning CMPE 352 on the project wiki sidebar were moved to their own subsection to make room for CMPE 451 material.
• Discussion about the project domain took place. The biggest domain idea among members was a forum about the Turkish Football League, with football-specific features such as live chatrooms for matches, voting for the best players in each match, picking the top-performing lineup every week, etc.
• Discussed the personal responsibilities (backend/mobile/web) of each team member. Even though the decision was not final, we agreed that it would be a good idea for each member to keep on doing what they were doing in CMPE 352.
