- Reviewing the diagrams, mockups and requirements and identifying the inconsistencies.
- Closing up completed issues.
- Reviewing and refining the project plan.
- Planning for the presentation
📌 Outcomes:
- Project plan was extended with new items up to the first milestone.
- For the 1st customer presentation, the front-end team will be presenting the forums while the mobile team will be presenting the quizzes.
- Stale branches were deleted and completed issues were closed.
- Back-end team will be responsible for serving hard-coded mock data to the front-end and mobile for the 1st customer presentation.
