Action List

• We decided that the we will hold weekly meetings on Zoom on Thursdays at 19:30. In those meetings, we will discuss our progress and determine the tasks and their assignees for that week.
• At each meeting another member will document the meeting notes.
• Communication plan is determined and can be found here.
• For the issues, we will use the default Github tags as well as:
  • "research" tag for the explorative tasks.
  • Three priority tags (priority: high, priority: medium, priority: low)
    • Tasks with high priority are the ones that need to be completed in 2 days, medium priority means the deadline is in 1 week. Low priority tasks do not have a strict deadline.
• Each issue should have a priority label and -at least one- type label.
