  • During the meeting held on October 15, 2024, the team primarily focused on task distribution for the upcoming design work and project setup. One of the key outcomes was the assignment of specific tasks related to different aspects of the project’s diagrams, including class diagrams, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams.

  • Each team member was given a particular sequence diagram to design, such as diagrams for actions like creating, deleting, liking, bookmarking, and searching within the system. Murat Can Kocakulak took responsibility for designing the overall class diagram, while Batuhan Canli was assigned the use case diagram. These tasks are essential to visualizing and structuring the project’s system architecture, and deadlines were set to ensure progress within the next few days.

  • In addition to the diagram tasks, there was a significant focus on setting up the front-end environment and deploying the project. Zeynep Buse Aydin was responsible for initializing the front-end and deploying the project, which was accomplished during the meeting. These steps marked a major milestone in establishing the project’s core infrastructure, enabling the team to move forward with the development process. By having the front-end and deployment ready, the team now has a working foundation to test and implement the features and designs outlined in the meeting.

  • In preparation for the project's first presentation, the teams—Frontend, Backend, and Mobile—organized their internal task divisions and made important decisions. Each team defined specific responsibilities to focus on their respective areas. The Frontend team will handle user interface development, the Backend team will focus on database and server-side operations, and the Mobile team will ensure the app's compatibility with mobile platforms.

  • Lastly, the team discussed strategies for the presentation, deciding on key points that needed to be highlighted. The meeting ended with the decision to open issues on the project’s task tracking system to manage progress and ensure that deadlines are met. This systematic approach will help the team maintain focus and address any potential challenges or delays that may arise. Overall, the meeting set the stage for a productive week of development and design, with clearly defined roles and next steps.
