Introduction

As Group 3, we introduced ourselves to our newcomer Jorge. We discussed the project’s organization, the roles within the team, and how we plan to move forward. We have created a new GitHub project.

Forum Add-Ons Discussion

We need to decide on the add-ons to the forum. We discussed our ideas, such as Genius annotations and a Spotify player, but they need to be extended.

Domain and Standard Discussion

We discussed the domain with the TA and received some instructions from him. One of the instructions was to choose a standard for our project. Also, we should not choose an easy domain. We considered “Music” as a domain and asked the TA about it. He said that "Music" as a domain would be too simple or general so we think of other options for choosing a domain.

W3C Standards

We identified that no one in the group had a proper understanding of what W3C standards are, and we pointed this out.

Role Distribution

We have a member who failed the course and also we have a new member. So we decided on the new members for roles(Backend, Frontend, Mobile).

Organized repository, moved old project under '/archive', and created a new issue template. We edited a new Wiki page and we also made an archive part for the components we created last year. Decided on the meeting time and prepared the communication plan. We decided to continue with the same communicator as the group. We created the new milestones on GitHub projects. Also, we edited the sidebar for the report and meeting notes. Everyone in the group reviewed their personal page on the wiki.
