Customer Feedback for the Milestone-2 Demo

This document includes the Customer Feedback for the Milestone-2 Demo which consists of asked questions by the customer and our answers regarding the features. It will be referenced for the upcoming developments in the project for the final milestone.

Customer Q&A 1

  • Question:
    How can user know the difficulty level (easy/medium/hard) of his/her question while creating it?

  • Answer:
    Yes, it is hard to determine but we assumed that the beginner user's questions are supposed to be easy in general.
    Simple questions that do not require complex code solutions or advanced programming concepts are obviously easy. We expect the user to determine the difficulty level.

  • Question:
    How can user know that she needs to write language-exec for executable code snippets while creating a question?

  • Answer:
    It is displayed as the placeholder text in the question creation form's content field.
    It can be seen, and the content will be written according to it.

Customer Q&A 3

  • Question:
    What improvements can be made for programming language enthusiasts to enjoy the application more?
    For example, if an enthusiast wants to make comparisons between the programming languages like "You know this is achieved in Python by doing this ... but it is different in C++ and it goes like..." kind of statements, or give historical facts regarding the programming languages. It will make the forum different than regular problem/solution approach.

    This will be considered in the future improvements for the final milestone.

  • Question:
    Is selecting the difficulty level of question achieved by the keyboard as well ?

  • Answer:
    Yes, as we have chosen the Web standard as Accessibility, all pages can be controlled only with keyboard. All application content is implemented in a way that it is fully available for screen readers. These are important since we are implementing an application with accessibility standards .
