Progress Summary

Our objective for the following week will be to review our project by reverifying the project requirements and the UML diagrams while on-boarding our welcomed teammates. Additionaly, we will be preparing the project plan and the responsibility assignment matrix (RAM). Also we are going to make research about the possible technologies that we can use throughout the development process.

Risks

During our meeting, we talked about different frameworks that we can use. If we decide to use Flutter, we may encounter some performance issues. In addition, our team is not highly experienced in other frameworks that we listed in the meeting. If we choose one of them, We may need to spend a lot of time learning the fundamentals of these tools.
