Agenda:

  • Deciding on a weekly meeting day and time by conducting a poll to ensure that all team members can participate in the meetings.
  • Ensuring an equitable distribution of the workload among team members to avoid overloading any individual team member and to promote fairness and collaboration.
  • Selecting moderators for meetings to help keep discussions on track, manage time effectively, and ensure that everyone has a chance to contribute.
  • Discussing whether to write weekly workload reports to evaluate team members’ workloads.
  • Discussing how to insert TBD’s on the UML diagram to clarify any outstanding issues or uncertainties and ensure that the diagram accurately reflects the project status.
  • Creating a UML diagram for the project to provide a visual representation of the project's structure and components, and to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Discussing whether to improve the requirements to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.

Results:

  • The weekly meeting time has been decided to be "Thursday 20:15."
  • Team members have been assigned specific tasks based on their voluntary preferences. Some issues have been distributed among members, and the deadline for completion is March 25, 2023, Saturday morning.
  • The meeting moderator will be a volunteer. In this meeting, Yiğit Şekerci served as the moderator.
  • A decision on whether to write weekly workload reports will be made by consulting with the lecturer. Halil Özkan will open an issue on this topic, and Ahmet Emre will obtain an answer from the lecturer and close the issue.
  • Ali Nasra will conduct the necessary research about UML diagrams.
  • Regarding the project:
    • We have agreed to award points to individuals who report illegal content, following verification of the content's illegality.
    • Users will not be able to vote for more than one choice.
    • Users will be able to change their votes before the poll is closed.
    • The user who opens the poll will decide the poll closing time and will not be able to change it.
  • After some progress, we will seek Utkan's feedback on whether the solutions to issues are satisfactory.
  • The next meeting will be on March 25, 2023, Saturday at 12:00.
