Issues are highly beneficial for team task management and progression awareness. In order to achieve higher efficiency from the issues, following rules are set:

Creating Issue

  • Title of the issue must be as descriptive as possible.
  • Description of the issue must clearly state problem, expected result, required criteria and a suggested solution should be mentioned if there are any.
  • Issues must not be assigned to multiple people. The multi-people issues must be divided to smaller issues with a few assignees.
  • Issue creator must use the appropriate labels.
  • It is suggested to use the issue template to follow the guidelines more easily.

Ongoing Issue

  • Assignee must update the labels according to current status.

Closing Issue

  • Before closing the issue, a revisor must approve the work done. If the final work is lacking or could be improved, the revisor must inform the assignee with comments.
