Issues are highly beneficial for team task management and progression awareness. In order to achieve higher efficiency from the issues, following rules are set:
Creating Issue
- Title of the issue must be as descriptive as possible.
- Description of the issue must clearly state problem, expected result, required criteria and a suggested solution should be mentioned if there are any.
- Issues must not be assigned to multiple people. The multi-people issues must be divided to smaller issues with a few assignees.
- Issue creator must use the appropriate labels.
- It is suggested to use the issue template to follow the guidelines more easily.
Ongoing Issue
- Assignee must update the labels according to current status.
Closing Issue
- Before closing the issue, a revisor must approve the work done. If the final work is lacking or could be improved, the revisor must inform the assignee with comments.
