My name is Simar Achmet Kechagia and I am a member of the Group3 for the CMPE 352 course. For more information about me click here.

I have been assigned to document our project's requirements in the github wiki page.
I have been assigned to design the following mockups with Batuhan Ilhan: Poll Creation Request and Approval Page.
I have been assigned to create the mockups page in our wiki and adding the created mockups by our team.
I have been assigned to create the UML Class Diagrams on an online drawing tool with Alp Tuna.
I have been assigned to create the communication plan page in wiki.
I have been assigned to create about me and research pages in wiki.

In general, I took an active role in the project planning phase.
I have been attending our team's meetings regularly.
I took an active role in the initial determination of the project requirements.
After determining the project requirements with our team, I documented these requirements in the Github Wiki page. You can view them here (#9).
I have designed the mockups for the poll creation request and approval page together with Batuhan Ilhan (#22).
After our team finished designing all the mockups, I created a separate page in Github Wiki and added our mockups to this page. You can view them here (#23).
Together with Alp Tuna, I have created the UML Class Diagram of the project. You can check the UML Class Diagrams here (#31).
I have created the communication plan page in Github Wiki. You can check the communication plan here (#44)
I have created an about me and research page in Github Wiki in the beginning of the course (#1).

In general I took an active role in the management and communication of our team.
I have contributed to the organization of our meetings by creating polls to determine the availability of each member. According to the outcome of these polls we have determined regular meeting days and hours.
