Team Name: Disaster Response Platform (DaRP)

Progress Summary
The requirements are reviewed and updated. Some inconsistencies and missing points from previous work which were noticed by the new members are corrected.
New members created their personal pages. Both the sidebar and home page of wiki are updated.
Lastly, the team decided on subgroups as backend, frontend and mobile.
The technology decisions are made and reviewed in a meeting.

Risks
