Discussion

• The team has decided that a new meeting date should be determined.
• The team has decided that to-do lists might be beneficial for responders. A definite consensus could not be reached.
• UI examples were drawn for features that will be used by the coordinator. Resources(Responders) were symbolized as dots on the map. Lines were symbolized as actions determined by the coordinators (route of the resources). Destination points were also symbolized as dots. The features of Resources and destination points (different colors or different symbols might be used) are not determined yet. Facilitators help people where dots are located. They inform coordinators and help responders.
• The team has talked about using the design of the Airbnb search section for searching and filtering while creating actions.
• The team has a conflict about the responder role. The role might be divided into 2 sub-roles that are non-labor resource provider and labor resource provider (or human resource, tangible resource). How the data will be collected from responders is still an issue. The question "What if a responder can provide more than one resource" has arisen during the meeting.
• The team agreed that there is a section for information sharing.
• The team discussed the authorization of coordinators of banning users (excluding admins and other coordinators). The team agreed that they should keep it.
• The team agreed that facilitators can share information. However, the team decided that also coordinators can share information. The team did not talk about whether responders and victims can share information.
• The team decided that the task should be given as a whole in the beginning.
• It was discussed that the application should inform the victims by notifications or phone messages if necessary. For example, "A new field hospital was established at the address X in Antakya/Hatay."
• The team has decided that the scope of the victim's role is only sharing needs and gathering information.
• The team has decided that team members can add new things to the Google document in light of today's talk.
• The team has decided to talk about the admin role in a future meeting.
