Discussion

1. Experiences from the earthquake area:

• He talked about the working principles of the area.
• Helpers could not take action quickly enough.
• There were problems in packing in the first hand.
• Lack of categorization created some problems.
• Not specified clothes caused delays and thus inefficiency in distribution.
• There was a lack of feedback from the earthquake area regarding the arrived aids. As a result of this, deciding what to send next was difficult to choose.
• As a result of the lack of people to take initiative in the management of the earthquake area, arrived aid could not be allocated to the places properly.  
• Told about the operations of Bitexen in collaboration with the local authorities.
• The app “Afet Haritası” was not made known to the victims enough since there were power cuts and also the fact that there were many old people among the victims who are not familiar with technological devices.
• As a result of the lack of unity in compiling data from the earthquake area (nonsynchronous) there were difficulty in collecting data.
• There was medication but there were not enough people to take them to those who needed them.
• Volunteers were not managed properly.
• There was a lack of a translator.
• There was a need for specific orders for the couriers.
• Seasonal conditions should be considered.
• Immediate handling of the crisis was needed.
• Triage should be made in distributing the arrived aid to the affected regions.
• Unity in the jargon used in expressing the needs.
• Using QR turned out to be insufficient.
• Asking for help from various places at the same time due to a lack of coordination.

2. Capabilities and hierarchical structure of the users have been clarified.

• Victims’ capability of using the app (according to the resource used)
• The application’s interface used by the victims should be well-designed and also clear to apply for a better response.
• Since the responders provide resources to the victims, they don’t need authentication in the app.
• Facilitators must be approved by the coordinators.
• The coordinator must be approved by the admins.
• Admins are among the team that produces the product or app.

3. How to edit and work on the Requirements Page has become clear.

• The number of assigners and revisioner in issues were discussed.
• The redundancy in label and tag is discussed.
• Since there would be many revisions, it was decided to use a draft for the requirements.
• Alperen Dagi shared the requirements draft.

4. It is discussed whether Map-Based Operations should be in the system or user requirement. It is decided to be in the system requirement.
5. Team agreed to continue with the Revisioner role mechanism in a more flexible way.
