• Everyone shared their ideas about every requirement currently on the wiki.
• Team agreed on the necessity of some changes with the Requirements.
• Team agreed that the higher hierarchy user class should extend the feature they can perform unlike the lower hierarchy user class.
• Team agreed to change some requirements after a conversation with the customer.
• Team agreed on Victim role's facilitator connection feature should be removed.
• Team agreed on the necessity of some changes with the Glossary.
• Team agreed on the slight modification of mock-up could be made without priority.
• Team agreed on the deletion of some requirements.
• Team agreed on the addition of mock ups to the scenario pages.
• Changes in Requirements:

• New requirement should be created to user requirements to demonstrate that all user can use map.
• 1.1.2.1.5, 1.1.2.3.9 , 1.1.2.4.7, 1.1.3, 1.1.2.5.4, 1.2.1.1, 1.1.2.3.10- Will be deleted.
• 1.1.2.1.4, 1.1.2.1.6, 1.1.2.1.7, 1.1.2.1.8 - Should be removed from victim requirements and added to system requirements.
• 1.1.2.1.9 - "urgent" should be removed.
• 1.1.2.2.1 - Should be changed as "shall be assigned by admins" .
• 1.1.2.2.3 - Should be changed to "coordinator can suspend an account". Admins can ban later.
• 1.1.2.2.7 - "requests of the victims" should be changed to "requests"
• 1.1.2.2.10 - "by responders" should be deleted
• 1.1.2.2.12 - Just "the coordinator can remove the assignee(s) from the task." should stay. First part will be removed from coordinator's requirements and added to Action's requirements.
• 1.1.2.3.4 - Will be changed to creating requests.
• 1.1.2.3.5 - Should be changed as "See needs of the victims and add their needs' to their request.".
• 1.1.2.3.6 - Should be changed as "Facilitator shall update information about requests.Update informations should be trackable ".
• 1.1.2.3.11 - "low-scale" should be removed
• 1.1.2.4.1 - "The term 'resources' refers to both labor(medical support, driving, etc.) and materials(food, clothing, tents, etc.) "should be removed and added to glossary
• 1.1.2.4.2 - "'Sufficient information' shall consist of standard information such as contact information and information change according to the type of resource(s) that the responder wants to provide" should be removed and added to glossary.
