Discussions

  • Reviewed the current requirements to decide on things to change.

    • Discussed what would be on homepage. We decided that it would contain popular events and artworks. It should also be customized for registered users.
    • Reviewed requirement 1.2.7, decided to ask to TA about what is referred as "activities".
    • Updated section 1.2.8 item indexes.
    • Decided and updated that art pieces can be added to online exhibitions.
    • Discussed about changing title of "Discussions" to "Discussion forum" and move comments to a new title under "communications" with addition of Following.
    • Discussed and added requirements about user profiles.
    • Discussed about editing, removing and reporting options for comments and forum posts.

  • Reviewed current iteration of use case diagram. We have decided on changing the layout to a more easily readible alternative.

  • Discussed about user types and decided on having a user class that has only access to viewing events/artworks and comments. Guest and registered users will to inherit from this class.

  • Discussed about having an admin user.

  • Discussed about changing requirements page title without losing revision data. We have not found a effective solution yet.

Conclusions

We have tried a hybrid meeting format which was inefficient for online participants.

In the meeting, we have revised the requirements in which we added missing requirements with existing ones modified to be more detailed. We have decided to work on finishing usecase diagram till 2022-04-04, 10:00, so we divided the work between 2 groups.
