- Getting familiar with other technologies we would use
- Creating an initial project (decided as Flutter)
- Specifying tasks for screens that will be created

- We analyzed some Flutter Login templates.
- Android Studio will be used for IDE.
- Login, Signup, Forum, and Profile screens will be created.
- Only member screens will be created.
- Authentication and Database Models will be asked to Backend Team.
- Homepage and Forum Page differences will be asked to Frontend Team
- The team will communicate regularly for shared features.
