• Meeting for asking questions about the refinement of requirements, and getting information about which technologies we can use while implementing our project.

• Confirming with both via phone and mail is unnecessary.
• Members do not have enough knowledge to share articles.
• How to show user activity in the profile.
• Method to quote a post or comment

Feedbacks From Customer

1. Authentication

• Confirming by mail will be sufficient for authentication
• Using reCAPTCHA can prevent bot accounts

2. Articles

• Members may not be able to share articles on the platform.

3. User Activity

• User Activity can only be seen by the user itself.
• User Activity can be divided into three different sub-categories: Posts, comments, and upvotes.

4. Quoting

• There may not be direct quoting to a post or comment.
• Users can refer to a specific post or comment by stating its ID.

5. Chatbot

• Chatbot implementation can be done by using a tree structure.
• A more definitive decision will be made after speaking with the lecturer.
