- Decision of technologies that will be used in project implementation.
- Discussion about the start of the implementation process.
- Discussion about general application interface.

Notes
- Android studio has been set as development environment and the project will be written in Kotlin. Retrofit will be used as framework for connectivity with Backend service.
- The application interface designed by Ali and Baran Deniz has been reviewed.
- A general overview of development plan has been derived. The tasks has been assigned accordingly to meet the requirements for Milestone 1.
