1. Learn about the course from the instructor, figure out what is important and what is not.
2. Decide the technology stack.
3. Decide the distribution of roles.

Notes

1. We acquired an understanding about the course, we now know where 451 and 352 differ.
2. We could not decide the technology stack due to insufficient attendance, we decided to create a survey about the team's knowledge and experience. For backend microservice architecture, for android Kotlin stood out from the alternatives. For the web, there weren't any proposals except React.
3. We did not talk much about distribution of roles, a mostly known tech stack is sort of a requirement for efficient distribution of roles.
