Agenda

1. We will talk about last week's false meeting note format.
2. We will talk about the format of creating an agenda in each week.
3. We will talk about changing our weekly meeting day.
4. We will talk about changing the place of our weekly meeting place.
5. We will talk and analyze the project. Decide who will write which part of the requirement documentation.
6. We will discuss about the questions we have about the project and questions to ask to customers (meaning teaching assistants).
7. We will briefly go over the project and write a basic requirements documentation.

Discussions

---

1. We talked about last week's false meeting note format. We decided that there should be another section for actions which is different from discussions.
2. We talked about how to create an agenda each week with everybody's opinions and notes. We chose to create a channel in Slack.
3. We decided to meet in Wednesday afternoons at 6 pm every week. And in order to increase the productivity we decided to meet again Wednesday afternoon this week 20.02.2019 as well.
4. We went through the project and set the basic requirements.
5. We created a Requirement Analysis document and wrote requirements and questions to ask to customers briefly.
6. We decided that more detailed requirement document should be prepared both recording to the answers of the questions which are asked to customers and the outcomes of the problem solution session which will be held on 22.02.2019 Friday.
