    1. Editing projects page, deciding project name(?) and specifiying our project description.
    2. Adding more descriptive summaries to issues and the right labels.

- 2.3.2. Discussing how we are going to create our report and its contents. Then assigning members to do them:
  1. Executive Summary: Summary of project status and any changes that are planned for moving forward.
  2. List and status of deliverables
  3. Evaluation of the status of deliverables and its impact on your project plan
  4. A summary of work done by each team member (in tabular format)

3.1. We talked about how the exam on Wednesday next week will be affecting our meeting. We did not figure out a solution yet.
3.2. We are all aware that all we need to finish all the needed revisions on our design. After finishing every work(requirements, mockups, diagrams) will again be reviewed to conclude that we are fully finished. The assignees to these jobs are detailed in Actions.
3.3. Mahmut will look at old issues and make them more descriptive and add the right labels to them. Everyone will be careful to give clear description and add useful links when they open a new issue.
3.4. We were confused about how we will deliver this report, whether open a page on wiki or create a pdf and send it to the instructor. We looked at an example Milestone Report from the previous group5 at https://github.com/bounswe/bounswe2018group5/blob/master/plan/cmpe-352-report.pdf . We concluded that we will write all our report and also put our requirements, mockups, diagrams to the pdf. Furkan took this job to integrate all material onto the pdf. 1. Executive Summary and list of status of deliverables will be done by Mert and Veli on saturday. 2. Evaluation of the status of deliverables and its impact on your project plan will be done by Hasan and Meltem. 3. Everybody will send their summary to Furkan via Slack so that he can integrate those on the pdf.
3.5. We postponed taking a group picture to another meeting because some of us had a hurry.
