1. How the customer supply education materials and questions and in which format?
The materials will be provided by us.

2. How experts and learners are distinguished when registering or can a user be both expert and user?
There is only one registered user type. A registered user can be a learner in one language and an expert in another language. There is also an unregistered user type, that has restricted access to the contents of the application.

3. What informations are required for registration?
Only basic information such as name, email, password.

4. How can we detect a user is suitable to be an expert when he/she wants to be expert?
Rating and comments about a user can be used to decide.

5. How can someone finish a level and qualify to next level?
It's a design choice.

6. How application suggest experts to learners when they want to send their essays to an expert?
It doesn't need to be a perfect recommendation system but it has to consider users' basic parameters like rating, experience,

7. In which aspects can experts be rated?
Aspects like communication ability, competency, politeness should be rateable for each language the expert operates in.

8. How should expert-learner communication work? Should it be with chat or annotation?
They can communicate via chat. For daily conversations user needs the permission of the expert. For essays, chat is available.

9. Can an expert reject a learner?
Yes.

10. Is there a limit for essay submission and acceptance?
Yes, there should be a restriction for a user's number of active essays.

11. Can expert or learner terminate the relation between them? It means when they start to communication on an essay, can one of them give up?
If there is harassment, bad behavior from one side, the other side can terminate the communication and report the abuser.

12. How can we determine experienced users, who can suggest new material?
Criteria like account age, competency in the language, activity can be used.

13. How should be the approval system of suggested material?
Decision must be made by experts, details of the process are design choice.

14. Should learners have a rating system?
Yes.

15. How should tags and keywords are determined? Who should do it?
People who add new material should determine the tags and keywords. Tags and keywords will be used for advanced search options by using wikidata.
