2- Milestone	• Talk about the milestone deliverable, what we need, plan ahead.

1- Welcoming new members!	• Face to face meeting with the new members, Harun and Alperen!
2- Sub Development Teams	• We decided how to proceed with the teams. • Since Murat's situation is ambiguous, the teams are tentative. We will finalize by the end of the week.
3- Standards	• In mobile dev, we will use Android. • In Backend, we are planning to use Python with Django and DRF, as the DB we will use PostgreSQL. • In Frontend we will use React. 🍾
4- Getting started with the development	• We will start with authorization. We will use the practice app as the tutorial, but we will start from scratch. • Get db Running, Sign-up, Log In. • What about test? We knew about the backend tests, but we will look into tests for mobile and frontend as well. • We will use the last year's PR conventions. At least 2 people should review and approve every PR. • Colors and design issues. How to coordinate? • Look into new APIs.
5-Deployment	• Folder structure will follow the last year's convention. • Feature branches will be used. • Travis looking into code standards. Check the Travis and integration. We will look into continuous deployment. What about different servers? (Production, development, test?) It could be used.
