| 1- Meetings | • Weekly face to face meetings will be conducted. Date might be altered as time goes on. Currently picked time: each Wednesday at 18:00. |
| 2- Communication Plan | • Handling of communication plan is discussed. It will be initialized and improved during the process. • For now, WhatsApp Group and weekly meetings are sufficient. Slack and such software will be added to the plan if needed. |
| 3-Readme | • Readme.md will be initialized this week. It is expected to have personal wiki pages and group name for starters. |
| 4-Issues | • Issue labels and customization will be assigned to 2-3 people. • After this meeting, issue creation will be assigned to a specific person due just after the meetings. |
| 5-Meeting handler | • Each week there will be an individual selected as a meeting handler. |
