Agenda

  1. Get to know each other better.
  2. Decide who will do what. e.g note taking, documenting specific tasks, editing ReadMe and wiki page etc.
  3. Discuss online communication tools like Slack, Discord and decide which do we use. Also, discuss topics like customizing issues and learning git.
  4. Prepare a communication plan.
  5. Determine action items and create an action list.

Meeting Notes

  1. It is decided that the team meetings will be on Wednesday at 18.00.
  2. It is decided that the team meetings will be at BM building.
  3. We have decided that Slack is a better way to communicate with team members.
  4. We have decided that every team member should read the weekly assignment before our meetings on Wednesdays.
  5. We have decided that every team member should complete his/her task before Saturday at 23:59.
  6. We have decided that every item in the action list will be tracked on GitHub's issue feature.
  7. We have discussed on the customization of issues. We have decided on some issue labels.

Action List

  1. Mete Kurt has been selected to create a Slack group for group communication.
  2. Ömer Toptaş has been selected to take and edit meeting notes.
  3. Emirhan Saraç, İrem Üstünboyacıoğlu, and Emre Hoşer have been selected to customizing the issue labels.
  4. İrem Üstünboyacıoğlu and Ömer Doğru have been selected to customizing Wiki homepage.
  5. Eray Kurtuluş and Mehmet Altay İnce have been selected to customizing Readme page.
  6. Ufuk Yılmaz and Ömer Faruk Toptaş have been selected to create and edit to Communication Plan of the group.
  7. Every team member will create a personal information page inside the group wiki page.
  8. Every team member will decide its favorite GitHub repository and specify this page.
