• The aim of the meeting is to check the validity of our previous work (including project plan, requirements, and diagrams).

• Reviewed our Github repository with our customer.
• Got feedback from the customer.
• Discussed the indecisive cases of our work.

Decisions

• Template structure will be more detailed. Customer will be able to choose more than one template for his groups and events separately.
• Some technical issues on project plan and diagrams will be corrected.
