#Patrick Lencioni: Five Dysfunctions Of a Team
Speaker who is writer of a book that named "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" talks about leadership and why leadership is so important. He mentioned how people should build their team. Then, according to the book, the first dysfunction is an absence of trust. He says that leaders have to generate trust in their teams by helping people get comfortable and be vulnerable with one another that means people on the team are able to say "I'm sorry", "I was wrong", "I made a mistake", "I need your help","You're better than I am" etc. According to him, if just one member of the team has trouble trusting, it hurts entire team. As a consequence, each member of the team could easily talk about their mistakes and how to avoid them for later purposes.
