Meeting objectives:

• Critique about last PS, project definition
• Each group member was assigned to write requirements related to user stories. These requirements will be discussed and/or will be elaborated.
• Software development project plan
• Learning how to use ProjectLibre
• Writing communication plan
• Sharing assignments
• Writing responsibility assignment matrix

Outcomes:

• We decided on tasks and milestones and added these to ProjectLibre.
• We pushed a ProjectLibre file to GitHub.
• We filled the "communication table".
• We filled the responsibility assignment matrix.

Assignments:

• Ezgi: Write minutes of meeting
• Kayahan & Furkan: Add milestones & tasks discussed in meeting to ProjectLibre
• Ahmet: Preparing the communication plan table, Preparing the responsibility assignment matrix
• Levent: Writing the remaining project requirements
• Everyone: Install ProjectLibre, push ProjectLibre changes (if any) to GitHub
