Basic categories of requirements are determined during the meeting and a wiki page is created. Requirement categories are subject to change and the page should be updated accordingly. For this week, each team member is assigned to specify and document the requirements that fall under some requirement categories.

Each team member will formulate a question to be asked to the client. The questions will be documented in a wiki page.

Each team member will try to find and examine similar software. The research will be documented in a wiki page.

There is a need to review the progress before deadlines. A meeting at the weekend to check our progress will be added to our communication plan. It won't be required for everyone to attend.

Each team member will submit and assign issues for himself/herself.

Meeting reports will include a table for task assignments. Also, a template for the reports will be created.

It is better to submit a single issue for common tasks. Multiple issues with similar titles are confusing. Also, it is sometimes needed to update or discuss issues and a single issue would be much easier to manage.

It is better to create a Discord text channel for each meeting, otherwise it will become hard to track conversations during meetings.

The team will continue adding new labels as they are needed, but they are sufficient for now. Any team member is free to create a label.

The team hasn't used Trello yet. It will be examined.
