Discussion Topics

  1. Efficient management of meetings

Decisions

  1. For efficient management of meetings, the topics that will be discussed should be clarified before the meetings as much as possible.

  2. For now, a single weekly meeting seems sufficient. The weekly meeting should be scheduled after 17:00 between Tuesday and Friday. Also, an alternative time slot for unexpected situations must be selected. For the selection of time slots, a Doodle poll will be created and students will select all slots that are suitable for themselves.

  3. The team is confused about which communication app between Discord and Slack is better. The main communication medium must be decided.

  4. It might not be possible to assign similar tasks to each person every week. However, it is probably better if each person does the task she is more experienced in.

  5. Trello might be a helpful tool for project management. It will be researched.
