What went well?

• Everybody was respectful.
• Everybody fulfilled fundamental responsibilities.

What went wrong?

• We had too many meetings.
• We had some inconsistency problems because we could not standardize some formats.

Suggestions

• We should determine the topics of a meeting before.
• We should decide on some standards before distributing the tasks.

Learning Outcomes

• Working with a team is a really tedious task that requires good management. I learned about good and bad practices.
• I got better at technical communication.
• I learned many new software tools that are commonly used.
