1. What Went Well?

• Our final app looks really fine.
• I learned a lot of software engineering concepts and tools such as docker, unit test and deployment to cloud.
• Team communication was really good and I learned a lot from others.

2. What Went Wrong?

• There were a lot of jobs to do, which sometimes bothers me.
• It was really hard to keep up with all the other courses and managing this course with 9 people.

3. Propose Concrete Actions to Improve Your Process

• More meetings could be done to improve our progress however there was no enough time.

4. What do I know that I did not know at the beginning of this class?

• Docker
• Github (I knew it but not as detailed as I learned in this course)
• Unit Test Concept
• Software Design Cycle
