What Went Well

• Team communication was really good and I learned a lot from others.
• Everybody was friendly and did their tasks as good as they can.
• We managed our tasks with controllable and easy followable.
• We seperated our environment as a production and stage. Thanks to this, we tested our live application before deploy to production.

What Went Wrong

• We experienced serious time issues because of deadlines.
• The assignments big percentage of our weekly time.
• We could not control the duration of our meetings and had unnecessarily long meetings.

How to Improve Our Process

• More meetings could be done to improve our progress however there was no enough time.
• We can control our meeting times.
• We can automate our deployment process.
• We can automate our testing process before deployment.
