Github: Github is the main project development platform, where we keep the documentation and implementation of the project. It is quite practical to use by providing the git technology, issue management systems and supporting markdown syntax.

Slack: Slack is the main communication platform for both the group members and the customer. It allows the team to manage the communication between different sub-groups and with the customer by supporting private/public channel creation. Slack is also has the option to integrate the Github repository to workspace.

Zoom: Zoom is face-to-face online meeting platform, where the team used to meet with the customer. Zoom is a good option to get quick responses from customers. However, it has a time limit of 40 minutes for more than two people in the meeting.

Google Meets: Google meets are the main face-to-face communication platform for the group members meetings. Most valuable part of the Google Meets is that it has unlimited meeting time, which is helpful for our long weekly meetings.

WhatsApp: WhatsApp is a communication platform via chat. It is used widely in the group members. It is a good way to get instant responses and feedbacks from the group members.

Figma: Figma is a web-based graphic design tool. It was used to create mock-ups. It has a workspace creation option which is a helpful for multiple members to work on the same mock-ups

Lucidchart: Lucidchart is a web-based drawing platform. It was used for drawing use case diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram. It has a workspace creation option, which helps the team to work on the same diagrams at the same time.

ProjectLibre: ProjectLibre is a project management system. It will be used to create and design the Project Plan.

Google Docs: Google Docs is an online text editor. It is used as an notebook for our meetings. It can be edited simultaneously and is visible for all.
