1.1 What went well?

• We were able to finish implementing and documenting the project on time.
• Every member of the group participated and did not prevent others from making progress by not finishing their tasks.
• We learned new technologies and skills which will help us with next year's project.

1.2 What went wrong?

• Learning took more than expected, started implementation a bit late. But was able to catch later on.
• There were some minor communication issues on task assignments.

1.3 Actions

• Approval system for tasks could be useful to double-check and make sure every team member agrees.
• In the learning phase, putting separate deadlines for different topics and getting together to discuss the things learned.

1.4 Things Learned

• Technical skills: Flask, Rest API, Unit testing, Docker, Using Postman, AWS
• Soft skills: Group communication, contributing to others' work, making reviews on other peoples work, following conventions decided by the group,
