To keep the repository organized and trackable, there are some rules that need to be followed by everyone contributing.

Issues

Creating an Issue

  • All issues should have one and only one label for each of the categories Priority, Status, and Type at any time.
  • If an issue requires steps that are not dependent on each other, separate issues should be created to keep the issues trackable.

Issue Lifetime

  • When an issue is created, it should have the label Status: Not Yet Started. Issues that have this label can be resolved and assigned by any team member.
  • When a team member is assigned the Status label of the issue is turned to Status: In Progress.
  • If the issue is no longer active Status label of the issue is turned to Status: Suspended.
  • When the task required is finished, the new Status label is Status: Complete.

New Team Members

New team members should create a personal Wiki page and add their Wiki page to:

  1. Wiki Sidebar
  2. README
  3. Wiki Homepage
