• We are going to talk about our First Milestone Report
• For the Milestone report, we've decided to split up into small groups, so everyone should review the assignment on which part they want to be more heavily involved in before attending the meeting.

4. Agenda

• 4.1. We'll go over the First Milestone Assignment together.
• 4.2. We are going to organize the things we have to do for this assignment.

5. Discussions and Decisions

• 5.1. We decided to use Slack more active for this assignment because there are many parts and we decided that it will be better to communicate under the related channels.
• 5.2. Everyone needs to write their own work summary. For this, we opened a channel on Slack named #summary-work-done.
• 5.3. We have discussed and decided that we will split into 3 groups again and everyone wanted to stay in their same subgroups.
• 5.4. We have divided the milestone into these categories: Project Plan & Responsibility Assignment Matrix, the List and status of deliverables. Then we split these parts into the subgroups as seen in below table
• 5.5. Since these tasks requires allot of reviews and control we decided to make a meeting at May 2 or 3 according to availability of every member to review the work done so far by each individual.
