2. Pre Meeting

• Since everyone finished the task on time we will hold the meeting as decided on Friday 21.30.
• We decided that everyone who has time can take a look at the tools that we can use for mockups.

4. Agenda

• 4.1. We will decide which tool to use when creating mockups.
• 4.2. Each group will examine the scenarios made by the other groups and give feedback. Thus, we will try to go parallel for each scenario on the homework.

5. Discussions and Decisions

• 5.1. We have decided to use Pencil to create Mockups.
• 5.2. We agreed on not to close issues created for scenarios yet. Since every scenario will be updated according to feedbacks.
• 5.3. We have decided to use issues section more functional, like in 5.2 we won't just open and close the issues but we will command about the progress and the situation about the issue regularly so that we can keep more updated about the processes.
• 5.4. Since Scenario 2 and 3 will be website scenarios, these subgroups should get in touch and proceed over same template.
• 5.5. We decided to update our requirements section. This will be discussed in more detail in our next meeting.
