2. Pre Meeting

• Since we are assigned the assignment named Software Requirements Specification Scenarios and Mockups we decided to examine the assignment and brainstorm the scenarios we could create.
• We decided that everyone who has time to take a look at the project scenarios prepared in the past years before the meeting.
• We have not changed our usual weekly meeting time since everyone was available on Tuesday 21/30.

4. Agenda

• 4.1. We will examine our assignment and try to clarify the questions we have in mind.
• 4.2. We will talk about how we will proceed for this homework.
• 4.3. We will brainstorm to find the scenario topics.
• 4.4. We will divide the task into smaller pieces and continue in small groups if possible.

5. Discussions and Decisions

• 5.1. We looked at the assignment together and then examined the previous years' scenarios.

• 5.2. We have decided on 3 scenario topics considering the most used features in the general operation of our application. These topics as following:

•       - Finding and joining an event. 
        - Creating and organizing an event
        - Finding equipment for a sport.
  

• 5.3. We have decided to assign 3 people for each scenario.

• 5.4. Since each subgroup will write 1 scenario and mockups for our application, we agreed to hold a second meeting after we finished writing the scenarios. So that, we can give feedback to each other's scenario and use the same concept for mockup and we thought that the scenarios we created for our application should be approved for everyone.

•       - First action for 5.4. : Each subgroup will finish the scenarios by Friday 21.30.
        - Second action for 5.4. : We will gather a second general meeting on Friday 21.30 for mockups and scenario reviews.
  

• 5.5. We couldn't decide whether we should write the scenarios for our application or for our website since it is not specified in assignment. Just for now we will write first scenario for app and other scenarios for website.

• 5.6. As in 5.5, we decided to send the questions that came to our mind collectively to TA later.
