1. Meeting Details

2. Pre Meeting
- We have decided for the most suitable meeting time and location according to everyone's schedule.
- Since we have to look at the project topics for our group as soon as possible, everyone agreed that we better start to discuss about them from first day.
- We decided about the general topics to discuss for our meeting.

4. Agenda
- 4.1. Since the ps hours are now clear, we will decide the weekly meeting time for good.
- 4.2. Task distribution will be made for this week.
- 4.3. We will examine the projects given and rank them in order of suitability to our group.
- 4.3. We will discuss about how we can improve our repository according to the instructor's feedback for other groups.
5. Discussions and Decisions
- 5.1. We have determined the time of our weekly meetings which will be attended by each team member on Tuesdays 9.30 pm.
- 5.2. We have discussed about the given projects but we couldn't decide on a common rating for all members, so we have decided everyone will post their ratings and preferably with the reasons behind it so that we can decide for our final common rating as a team.
- 5.3. While the professor was giving feedbacks during lecture, we decided that everyone should take notes on the places they see important. Based on these notes, we made decisions on how to improve our repository and shared them as a tasks among us.
