4. Agenda

• 4.1. Everyone will introduce themselves to getting to know each other better.
• 4.2. Online Communication platform for this semester will be decided for good.
• 4.3. Weekly meeting time and location will be decided for this semester.
• 4.4. Task distribution will be made and roles of the members will be decided.
• 4.5. First Assignment will be discussed.

5. Discussions and Decisions

• 5.1. We entered the meeting with our cameras on and introduced ourselves.
• 5.2. We decided to use Slack for our communication because we think it will be better than whatsApp when we are going to need to discuss about code related issues. This group will be crucial for us to stay in touch with each other and get informed about the processes when needed apart from github repository.
• 5.3. Weekly meeting time is decided as Friday 21.30 just for this week, we decided to wait until ps hours are clear to decide certain time for rest of the semester. Every member of our group will participate these weekly meetings.
• 5.4. We discussed the tasks requested in assignment 1 and after everyone had an idea about these tasks we assigned these to the members as seen from the table below from part 6.
