1.1. What went well :
As a group, everyone participated in our meetings and I think we shared our ideas comfortably.
We did not create a request for assistant meetings in the pre implementation, but our previous meetings were very useful.
Each group member does this job in correct time, some of us has different idea regarding this (look 1.2. part)
1.2. What went wrong ?
Most of our members were very lacking in technical and tools, and we had a hard time using them and generating code at first.
We could not finish the APIs simultaneously. Some of us finished too early, some of us too late.
We didn't know that we couldn't work on assignments in general. We divided the assignment into subgroups. We later realized that this was wrong. But I think this is not true. I think it is a very difficult thing to do a single task in a group of 9 people.
In the first part, we had a hard time getting organized at first. We worked in groups while everyone needed to work the same thing.(every group member should know each uml diagram)
**1.3. Actions we might have take **
-We could have requested a meeting from the assistant, which would be very helpful, but we did not do that. -We had to work as a group, especially in deploy and merge parts and aws parts. But some of our friends could not learn about these parts because they were very busy and spent much more time even just to develop the API.
1.4. What have we learned
First of all, we learned the importance of planning. We always created an extra challenge on a poorly planned task.
We learned how to work as a group
Most of us learned to use git from scratch, which is very useful.
Most of us never developed an app before and working simultaneously on git on the same project . We had to spent some moretime, but we supported each other and we got over this.
We learned that communicating especially from the issues were important. When we talk from different platforms, when we want to look at something backwards, we have difficulty even understanding what we are doing, unless we talk about the issue. Unfortunately, we realized this too late, although it has been said many times.
We are developed on using Django, docker, git, and many other tools that we use
Git is a simple a very nice platform , lets you and others work together on projects from anywhere.
