Meeting Details

We had a meeting with our TA to review "Milestone 1" and discuss what was lacked in homeworks in general. We started our meeting on Discord but due to technical difficulties we moved to Zoom and completed the meeting there. It started at 2 PM and lasted 1 hour.

About Milestone 1

• We forgot to create a cover.
• There were some shortage in description part.
• Requirements part was done succesfully.
• There shouldn't be any box in mock up images.
• Class Diagram should be more detailed.
• In Project Plan part, for each task at least one lead should have been assigned.
• The document should contain plans for future.
• Overall the report is well-done technically but it lacks documentation.

About Homeworks and Git

• The homeworks shouldn't be composed of only links to the related stuff, adding description is necessary.
• The material shouldn't be copy-pasted from weekly efforts.
• For each task an issue should be created.
• Everyone who is assigned to an issue should comment on the issue.
• Name of the issues are good but descriptions are not sufficient.
• In homework 3 people shouldn't have focused on a single diagram but at least review on the other 2.
• The issues should be structured "like a ladder".

Since this meeting's purpose was to review stuff, no tasks were assigned except for me taking notes and uploading them.
