To configure the Botgento extension you will need to access Store >> Configuration >> Botgento >> Botgento.

Note that Botgento service depends on a website and we built this extension according to single website setting. Thus you need to switch relevant website under Store View before applying any changes.

General Configuration

  • Enabled: If set Enabled the extension will be activated.
  • API Token: This field will be auto-populated once you finish configuration wizard on Botgento dashboard. Visit our video tutorial for more details.
  • Enable Facebook Checkbox Plugin: If you set this option to Yes, Botgento will show Facebook checkbox plugin to grant messenger updates on Magento Order Review step during the checkout process.

Transaction Message Configuration

  • Send Order Confirmation: If set to Yes, a user will receive order receipt on their Facebook messenger if they opt-in for updates.
  • Send Order Confirmation After: Time delay after order confirmation will be sent.
  • Send Shipment Details: If set to Yes, a user will be notified with Shipment tracking id into their Facebook messenger.

Back In Stock Alert Configuration

  • Enabled: If set to Yes, the customer will able to subscribe Facebook messenger updates through subscription button appear on out of stock product detail page and the customer will get notify directly into their Facebook messenger when the products stock is available.
  • Button Text: Set your button text for in-stock alert subscription button.
  • Button Color: Set subscription button color.
  • Button Size: Set subscription button size.
