Behaviour
The Keeper is a fierce boss monster with two phases that can tank a lot of damage. Notably, they have a limit of taking 15 damage per hit.
They will use a variety of attacks, such as charging into walls and dealing contact damage, creating falling debris, spitting several acid shots in different directions, slamming their fists on the ground (which will damage you unless you're jumping), spawning tentacles, spawning shadow spooks and using explosive sigils.
In the second phase, The Keeper will become more aggressive, some attacks will change and they gain a new attack, a rotating laser from the middle of the room. Defeating this boss is required for Manic's late-game progression.
Spawning
The Keeper is spawned by breaking the chains in the lowest floor of the mausoleum. This requires the next highest insight level, however.
