Sorrowheads have high health, floating in the sky and following players with extremely fast, damaging dashes. Occasionally, they will stop to spit a long-ranged acid projectile that splits into a handful of more projectiles in random directions.
When shot, sorrowheads have a chance to be stunned, sinking to the ground. After a few seconds, they will begin to emanate green clouds, and if the player does not back away, they will be affected with lasting poison.
Sorrowheads spawn around players who are lunatics. They spawn in the skies of the overworld.
