Obtaining

You can obtain a corpsebulb by using blight mold on an allium.

Usage

Corpsebulbs will only function when placed within range of a corpsebloom. Whenever a corpsebloom kills a monster, its scent will be absorbed into the corpsebulb; the scent can be changed multiple times. It can then be sheared for 2 of its respective item.

When consumed, corpsebulb flesh (aside from the generic one) will spawn a horde of the spectre it corresponds to. These variants will not despawn if there's no insane players around, and cannot be snared by a corpsebloom. Eating corpsebulb flesh also resets the timer until the next horde of spectres can naturally spawn.

After being sheared, the corpsebulb will become dormant. After some time it can naturally bloom again, but you can speed up the process with bone meal.
