• Sonatype Deployment rework via Script

• Decisions: We decided to release 7.2.2 for removing the Sonatype Deployment stuff (and disable baselining for this one release, in order to avoid upgrading some package's major version because of removed methods related to sonatype. This is a one time exception we agreed upon, because adding those methods was a failure we are basically reverting with 7.2.2.). In 7.3.0 we will enable baselining again so everything goes normal from there
