Aperte Workflow provides three administrative portlets, available in Liferay's Control Panel, in Portal section:

• Aperte Workflow Plugin Manager
• Aperte Workflow Process Definitions
• Aperte Workflow Process Instances

Aperte Workflow Plugin Manager

This portlet can be used to manage plugins installed as OSGi bundles.


Aperte Workflow Process Definitions

Process Definitions portlet allows administrator to enable or disable deployed process definitions and view their version history.


Aperte Workflow Process Instances

This portlet provides allows to display process instances with their parameters: current status, owner, etc. Administrator is also allowed to change instance's assignee or continue its flow.


Aperte Workflow Admin Portlet(Since 2.0)

This portlet allows to set widget configuration(of course if widget allows it), default BPM Noification is avalivable to configure. See: BPM Notifications plugin
